The Extra Bridesmaid
Wedding Weekend Coordination Package
This is for the bride that wants to do it herself. As soon as we become your planner, we meet with you to review your plans and if you wish, provide you with basic etiquette advice and recommendations for vendors. One month prior to your wedding we will meet with you at your ceremony and reception sites for an update of your plans. At this time we will contact all vendors and venues to confirm contracted services. We will direct the rehearsal, including training of ushers and house party, and direct the ceremony and reception on your big day. Included is handling of all special items, such as flutes, cake servers, guestbook, and gifts to ensure that all are delivered to the correct location.

Wedding Planning Packages
For those brides who want to be involved in the planning, but don’t know where to start and need some professional guidance and assistance, this is the package for you. We will help you formulate a budget, walk you through the selection and contract negotiation process with wedding industry professionals and provide you with specific timelines and reminders throughout your planning. This package offers two different levels of involvement by the consultant in the planning process for you to choose from. The Wishes Package includes a limited number of vendor meetings by the consultant. The Dreams Package includes a consultant to be in attendance at all vendor meetings. Both Wishes and Dreams also include all of the features listed in The Extra Bridesmaid package.
The Grand Event
Complete Wedding Production Package
This package is for the bride who wants to turn the planning over to us and simply enjoy this special time in her life. We will take care of all the details per your direction and ensure nothing is overlooked.
